NXGEN Appoints Chief Information Officer

October 2010, Whitefish, MT - Vancouver, BC - London - UK NXGEN Payment Services, a leading Merchant Service Provider (MSP) for Elavon Global Payment Solutions, operating in USA, Canada, and UK, has promoted Joseph Swenson as its CIO. Mr. Swenson will be responsible for Information Technology for all the group?s companies internationally as well as for the custom developments for major accounts, agent banks, national chambers of commerce, and industry segments. In this position, Swenson will report directly to the President Giuseppe Caltabiano.

Joe developed MSPWare, a full Merchant Service Provider's automated information system, which includes a fully paperless, on-line merchant application; and Merchreports.com, a unique tool used by large multi-location businesses to manage controllable credit card downgrades, saving them between half and one percent of their transactional costs." said Giuseppe Caltabiano. Prior to joining NXGEN in 2004, Joe worked as a developer for the University of Montana. He has a BSBA degree in Computer Science.
